We want you to be fully satisfied with your DZOIR jewelry. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within a certain period after receiving it. Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
